I know I talk about this often, but supply chains play a vital role in companies around the world. Ethical rules and regulations help confirm that industries are doing everything possible to avoid labor abuses within their supply chain. The UK is currently working on new rules aimed at ending slavery in supply chains. More to come in Jan and May 2015 regarding these regulations.
